dermbasics is known as "the place to shop" for all your professional skincare needs due to our reputation for shipping the "freshest" product available in a highly efficient manner.  All of our products at dermbasics contain active ingredients that are extremely sensitive to external and internal variables. With time, the effectiveness of these ingredients deteriorate and are not as effective as when the product was freshly produced. We receive weekly shipments of all of our professional skincare lines. In many cases, the same product we receive on our loading dock in the early morning ships out directly to our customers. Each product has a unique production bar code and expiration date. Due to our extremely high turnover rate, we are 100% confident the product will be the freshest you can buy anywhere, including your local skin care center. Hence, we have our "no questions" return policy. We will even swap out your product free of charge if it ever even comes within 6 months of expiration.
